This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") sets out how the Company uses and protects any information that you (the "User") provide to the Company when you use this Website. It applies in connection with the terms and conditions of the Website (the "Terms and Conditions").

The Company collects the following data from the User of the Website: The browser type and version, general information regarding the operating system, the current date and time (the "Anonymous Data"). The Website uses analytics software. Currently, the Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses Cookies (see below for more information about Cookies).

The information generated by the Cookie about the Users use of the Website (including the IP address of the User) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area . Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA.

To provide Website visitors with more choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about the Website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics. The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on does not prevent information from being sent to the Website itself.

The Website provides functionality to share Website pages with friends via e-mail. In case this feature is used, the e-mail addresses entered into the respective form by the User are temporarily saved on the Company's servers and used to send e-mails to the addresses entered by the User. After the e-mails have been sent, the respective addresses are deleted. By entering addresses into the respective form, the User warrants that he is authorized to do so and agrees to hold the Company harmless from any third party claims arising as a consequence of the Company's use of the addresses as described herein.


The Website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once the User has used these links to leave the Website, the Company does not have any control over that other website. Therefore, the Company shall not be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which the User provides whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
